How we help kidbrooke find international talent


Kidbrooke’s vision is that one day everyone will be able to make well-informed financial decisions. To achieve that, they want to improve the way the world manages financial risk by creating user-friendly, effective and mathematically sound tools for analysing risk. They partner with financial institutions to help them democratise access to great risk management tools on a global scale.


Kidbrooke were looking to expand their Stockholm team with a newly graduated full-time hire. To mitigate the risk of hiring the wrong person, Kidbrooke decided to allow top candidates to work on a project basis the term before their graduation.

Workvi quickly sourced three solid candidates fitting the candidate profile. However the project scope changed, and Kidbrooke decided to go for international candidates instead – in preparation of their coming expansion. We quickly re-calibrated the candidate profiles and presented two international students doing their MSc at the Stockholm School of Economics. Kidbrooke chose to engage both candidate and ultimately took on one of the candidates full-time (the other went on to work for McKinsey in Germany).
