A trusted advisor in business process and transformation, Vuealta work with global organisations to take a more unified and collaborative approach to planning – connecting people, plans and data to enable faster decision making. Vuealta is headquartered in London and has offices across Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

SITUATION

The Swedish company Executit merged with Vuealta to cope with the increasing market demand for their services – the merger lead to, among other things, more clients coming in, creating a need to quickly increase the team size at the Stockholm office. To be successful as a consultant for Vuealta – you need a special combination of strategical & analytical skills to be able to both understand the clients business challenges, as well as how to build the solution in Anaplan. Given the very specific and highly sought after profile Vuealta needed, they turned to Workvi with a solid track record in recruiting ex-consultants from top tier strategy firms and similar profiles.

ROLE

To position themselves for the upcoming growth, Vuealta was looking for a Junior Consultant with one or a few years experience to join their team in Stockholm. Apart from consultancy experience and being analytically & strategically skilled, the person needed to have a hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial mindset to be the right fit for building Vuealta’s presence in the Nordic market.

RESULTS

Workvi started a custom search for candidates matching Vuealta’s requiremenents.  After Workvi’s screening process, the strongest candidates were presented with complete profiles including a Video Interview, resume as well as a LinkedIn-abstract and a summary of our screening.

Having a resume and LinkedIn profile complemented with a Video Interview of candidates allowed Vuealta to get a better picture of the person behind the resume and make a more informed decision on who they invite to an interview, and why.

After meeting two candidates presented by Workvi – Vuealta decided to make offers and hire them both. Although only planning to hire one Junior Consultant, the two candidates were too good a fit not to hire, given the growth Vuealta was expecting.
